ARG Policy on Agency

The Broker recognizes two general forms of agency:

1. Single Agency – (Listing agent or selling agent) If the office represents the seller only we are the “listing agent” or if the office represents the buyer(s) only, we are the “selling agent.”

2. Dual Agency – If the office represents both the buyer and the seller in a transactions.
